friday fun bags

yesterday was thursday and i was puttin down some miles on the 59, ran out like a champ for a 120 mile , hooked up with wade at a little bar in smithfield drank one , rode to raleigh and met up with puddin and pootergirl, for pizza and beer at ruckis pizza, mike ( the real leprecaun ) miller runs the joint and is the best, solid brother that rides a dyna lowrider.
then home in the dark dodgin bambi all the way! only 170 total miles but good for a thurs.
NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its friday !!! get out an ride !!

progress on the 59 FL

OK! here is my 56, (mush mouth ) she is fast and the motor is stroked. its fun and cool its jocky shift and all the things ya want in a in a frisco style chop.

this is my 59 FL. just put the bags on her today , along with footboards and crash bar, bates seat and some kinda p-pad, and im gonna hear aaaaugh why?

cause i can, i got the other for all the other reasons, but this one... its comfy and cool.

im happy with it, 3 primes , choke and 1 kick, wam shes runnin today and for a lil put before the changes ya see here.

thanks to matt manus for the complete sadle bag supports and for bringin them to the swap in char. nc.
thanks to wade for helpin at the shop today.
and of corse ol gator, needed some bolts and as soon as he got off work he sent his better half over to the shop with a big box of them. great guy.
and thanks to OD for puttin up with us all.

cba swapmeet in char. nc.

couple real ol timers were tryin ta see this 49 in the lot, mostly drinkin beer an whatnot.

kinda cool, but they wanted 10,000 for it.

nice

nicer all around a great trip, lots a beer, bad hotdogs, some rain , but a good time.

BAD ASS

Dont have a lot to say but WOW. My go to guy for anything i cant figure out ( Big Kevin ) built this thing. He can figure out anything about anything. He bulit this thing with no drawings just figured it all out in his head and as he went. He built it all in house from the frame to the suspension. And belive it or not all the parts came from just lay around or spare and or swap and traded. Total time i think he said 14 months. It rides great and has very little cab noise as you would think it would. He took me for a ride in it to the local HD shop to get a free soda. The man couldnt even get into the place from all the questions. He can do any and all fabercation that you can think up and he is a dam good old bike mechanic. A real good dude to know.

iorn head makeover

time to give this 81 iornhead a makeover, get rid of this worn out, sugarbritches paint theme its wearin right now.

lil kenny mock shop visit

took a break to go pick up my brother davids sporty to bring to my shop. ( and to drink kens beer ) heehee!!

and see what the progress on the 70 iornhead is he got from me??? gotta split the cases, ! seal is bad and motor leakin like the exxon valdeeze!! ooops.

so the least i could do is help him make one school bus bench seat out of three?!? they got all the seats fo free if they pulled them from the bus on there own.
the game plan ? pull em, wash em , and use em for us to sit on at his shop while we watch him work and drink all his free beer.
well debbie got new foam and seat covers coming in , she is like a pitbull when she gets her mind set...gonna have millions of bucks in them cool seats, haha, gotta love her!!

ok ok i really only stood around and drank his beer, took pics , and got in the way. but i know i had fun, weeeee! off to my place wit the sporty.

sleep study,,wow!

well 2100 hrs downtown durham, VA hospital, they sent me for a sleep study, IT TOTALLY SUCKED!

WTH? how am i suppose ta watch mob wives !! this place sucks, the test sucks, the getto town it takes place in sucks,,,did i mention that overall it sucks.
they say the cpap mask im gonna wear at nite will help my overall disposition ,hahaha.
