makin a tire changin machine for gator at the sugar shack

 gator hard at it, he bought a bead breaker for tire changes.
we figured we could make a tire changin machine out of it,,,, here are the pics.

 enlargin the hole for the axel

 replaced the cheepo chinee threaded bolt with a beefy axel

 here are the two 3/4 axles welded together, bottom is to attach tire/rim to machine and the top ti used to losk the wheel down to keep it from spinnin /and for leverage point for the big poppin bar.

 gator had a broken wrench we made into a tire popin tool with leverage to get the second half of a tire off the rim
