THE REVENGE RUN.....step right up, step right up.

ok, my opinion, my observation, ya dont have to agree, its cool, but this is how i saw it. ive done 3 of these runs and this was the last. when i say the last i mean the last time i pay 30.00 for nothing i couldnt find for free. i know when someone put a price tag on an event , its goin g to blow as it grows. and this one has done just that. some of the guys couldnt get tickets because they sold out fast, the reason was stated at the beginning that the amount of tickets reflects the # of campsites avilable on the island, but the guys got camp sites by just callin and reserving a spot. i also called and this is the truth. but we payed for our tickets. and im ok with it. but when an anouncement is made that if the chase truck stops for a down rider but that rider will be left behind because he didnt pay to ride the buckin pony? well thats bull shit. arm bands. maybe its the fact that im a vet. but when someone says meet on the beach for fire, fun, and folks do it, and then the plans are changed...? and the word was suposedly spread through out the beach/campground to rally at some hotle/bar? after everyones been drinkin and partyin? i call bull shit! if ya say your bringin the food and ammo and tell us to dig in and wait....then bring it. so i can go on and on and on, but its a waist, the ride was great and as usual i meet good people every place i go, 47 cycle guys! great to meet you. NSTC great people, spud, real good guy and im already swappin bike parts and buildin a friendship. potter from live wire, great seein you dude. and matt from DS never fails to say hello to the OGs. wild bill rode in with the VA.dudes peanut city , moto scum and hooked. always great to see them. j-ville jay and paul were great to ride with and glad we were around every time the throttle cables broke on your bike. chase truck? we dont need no stinkin chase truck! HAHA! no matter how much every one was bitchin about the deal we all payed for it all gose out the window as we drink and quit bichin and start tellin the war stories about the ride itself, wind sand, breakdowns , rain, rough waves, walls of seawater soakin us on the ferry! seafood, hotles, breakdowns, this is what it is all about. runs should be free....and if its not? and the organizers dont put the paying CUTOMERS first, well ya end up with a fuckin cluster fuck. and thats what alot of folks ended up soundin like PAYING customers. its about riding and brother hood, and next time i will just ride, because the guys that are there to ride are great! and we need to get back to the bacics, choppper, bagger, HD, britt, jap! its all good as gold, lets just ride . fuck the hype and circus bullshit and if ya dont agree thats cool. im sure all kindsa folks wont agree with this post, but more will than not. so here are some pics. didnt take many this year, the ride was great and had no prob. catchin either boats. waves were a bitch but no prob. ended up in j-ville at the BSM compound and as always shop rag and tam had the BBQ goin and plenty of food and beer for all, ( ya know the secret to great BBQ,?? WATER> ) lmfao.... unfortunately pooter girl ended up in the hospital after the run, but shes alive and well now. got repairs for jay done right at BSM and he is good ta go with all new cables. ok im done , if i ruffle peoples feathers so be it, dont like me dont ride with me , im good with it. so get out and ride people and beware the STEP, RIGHT UP...STEP RIGHT UP FOR THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH!! because the odds are always in favor of the house. peace.
